Oh fudge! I just threw away two chargers. This is a great idea. I’ve been using the 150 watt inverter to charge my phone. Don’t know if i can hook more than 4 usb A and/or C inlets. The 150 watt inverter is great but it has a slight leach and when it gets hot, its kind of loud. So if have a chance, I’ll try to make one till the charger dies.

Very nice! I've got a couple of Milwaukee chargers spare, so I may have to explore this as an option. Also, 32mm for peoole in Europe? You mean the rest of the world! 😜

Thought I'd update you mate! Had a couple of these sockets laying around as I fit them in my cars. The Milwaukee conversion was proper easy as the positive and negative terminals are physical wires soldered onto where the battery attaches, so I just snipped and crimped. Used a 30mm holesaw to fit (1 and a quarter inch for you yanks). The entire board can be removed, so now I have heaps of room to run more sockets (thinking about a 12V cigarette socket so I can run a 30W soldering iron) and to hide wires and charging cables. Thanks for the idea!

I just used what I had extra of but the idea is the same and it should work if done properly
