There was a possible violent altercation in the home AND a call concerning the victim's mental state. So yeah, they confiscated the guns.

@@pattykelly6621 a violent altercation is why a person would need protection most. I have no idea how anything else is logical. a person bent on harming has the entire world as a weapon, those defending themselves do not. Just my 2 cents. good luck out there
