My turtles are having some redish spots on their legs n hand and one of them is not eating from past 2 weeks he only eat when I give him non veg other wise he not eating

Can you please guide, in such artificial pond, how do you keep the turtle in the winters specially when the temperature goes around 2 degree celcius, so do you use heatre which we use in the fish aquarium? And do you do something else as well to make the turtles warm ?
