Hii rahul I found a turtle on the roadside in goa, i was about to hit it in dark at night. I brought it home and its living with me from a few days. I am not sure which species it is.

@@shubhambiswas4590 if you can't find about its species then its better to leave to at an nearby pond because some turtles are illegal in indian and they can cost you so much money and you can also get arrested for keeping it

Better get it repaired from a good shop since good quality silicone gets hard within a minute & is hard to apply for beginners. Use good quality silicone like dow or whacker. Let it dry atleast for 24 hours

No..Red ear slider is not illegal...I have seen the video of Mayur sir...I think he was trying to tell us that we should not release the Red ear slider in pond or river as it will destroy the ecosystem by out competing the India varieties. Many people are releasing Red eared slider, common pleco etc in local river and pond which is destroying the ecosystem
