@@hugolafhugolaf I'm planning on visiting this beautiful region of italy next july 2021 from the uk provided the covid situation improves! I will be flying in from leeds/Bradford airport to pisa spend one night there. Then move on to lucca for 3 days then 5 days in florence use as a base for days trips. Three days in san casciano in val di pesa in chianti region. Then 3 nights in siena and 3 nights in pienza doing plenty of day trips to montepulciano val d'orcia volterra poggibonsi greve radda panzano arezzo and more so looking forward to it 😊

I Was born in tuscany 30 km from Montepulciano and i am so grateful because i know i am lucky! I tried to go live in a big city but after two years i cameback i missed my hills and freespaces! Come here and travel across u can fall in love

Greetings! I am from Serbia living in Canada., but I always found Italy truly captivating, all regions especially Tuscany and Amalfi area. There is something in the air, magic like that that gets under your skin and stays there forever urging you to come back and potentially stay for good. As if I was Italian in my past life?? Saluti!

Jane Baldwin italian economy is about tourism for 12 % non more . Italy has the seventh industrial economy in the World . fashion automotive furniture and agrifood. We have too MANY tourists , and we are annoyed of this, especially if they are americans rude and arrogant . We despice the american arrogance and ignorance in Italy . You are the usual american ignorant .

Toscana bellisssima...... The Etruscans were very intelligent and refined people .It is still uncertain where they came from but surely the chose the best palce in Italy to swettle.. TUSCANY.

Frances Van Siclen I live in Cercola. Italy is great, but as the saying goes, wherever you are, there you are. There are Italians who would gladly switch places with you. There is 1/3 unemployment here! Beautiful landscape, but it can be difficult to adjust here. Red tape regarding residency, healthcare and getting a bank account can take a year or more. It took me 4 years to get my dual citizenship while living in me hometown of Chicago. Paradise doesn’t exist anywhere. but there’s always good people, good food and a decent place to lay your head at night if you have a little bit of money. Xoxoxoxo

well, both are really nice I would love to explore more of them if given the chance...couldn't decide which is better but I had a good pasta with some rabbit meat in Montepulciano which makes it really memorable...but Volterra has a lot of interesting old structures, their square is very nice.

Tuscany is my favorite region in Italy. Perhaps in the whole of Europe. The small villages, all on top, are so beautiful. I made a 14 days trip on my bicycle trew this crazy beautiful region. Tnx.

I love this video! He's one of the best travel documentarist. As an italian, i feel a bit nostalgic of those times without financial crisis, when we were loving the true dolce Vita. In the last times, they have destroyed half of those industries...so sad

Tuscany great area and agrestic wines and walking trips enjoyed this area not a lover of Truffles.prefer wine and cheese .Thanks for this Trip and food Rick..memories.
