when I first started digging in 1969 all the dump, I found were undug. now is not the cases. I did find an undug community dump. it's in a weird place so I guess no one bothers with it unless they have a dead animal to get rid of. you know how to dig so keep looking.

It seams that way but I just talked to him about it and he insisted that I must have been 50 to 100 feet from the right spot.
