please please keep making these i just had a heart attach at 46 b i have always wanted to dance and have the king body for it and i'm working on toning my tummy and this is helping and ong so much fun i wish i knew how to put these moves i have learned together but hey i and having fun , feeling 25 again and. giving my body the much needed movements !

I use to do this as a teenager. My older brother had albums and I would play them in my room and dance for hours by candlelight. It was very relaxing.😊👍

Belly Dancing. Our Body’s Have to Move From. Head to Toe. And the Arms I think Of A Birds Wings or A Plane. When I Do My Leg Dances I Think Of A surf board but With A Lot More Movement. Balance
