Use any yarn of more thickness ( cotton, akrilic, wool blend ) so u can finish the work fast

Do u know how to join granny Square.this is very similar to that.first you have to arrange them in honey comb shape using six pieces then you have to join them side by side.if you don't understand please comment me I will upload the video

I did a king size using 6 colors plus black to join them. If I remember correctly each skeins of "red heart" or "I love this yarn" yielded me 6 triangles. They consume a lot of yarn because of the front and back post stitches. I believe my king size took 26 skeins if I remember correctly.
