I bought new bosch universal impact 700 watz but the problem is, the drill bit always loosen, when i drill the concrete.

I'm ruining many drill bits, probably because I'm increasing pressure. I shall attempt to let the drill do the work at moderate pressure. Would you also recommend the same approach on steel beams?

If the steel beam is embedded in concrete, this would be the right approach. For pure steel we would recommend that you use a HSS drill bit.

If you lubricate the drill bit as you drill it lasts much longer.

Can the drill stay on hammer mode when drilling through rebar or must you put it off , off of hammer and on normal mode?

I am drilling into my ceiling of my apartment and it is concrete. Not sure if it is reinforced or not but I am making almost no progress. I have a DeWalt 18V impact drill and masonry drill bits. Am I missing something?

Possibly. You might be hitting steel reinforcement in the concrete or you might be hitting the aggregate in the concrete which is very hard.

Sir if we drill rcc column due to lack of quality , is footings get damaged or not!

This is subject to various factors, such as quality of the footing, length and diameter of the drill, angle of operation (just to name some). In general, you will probably break anything you hit with the drill. Your responsible structural engineer will most likely be able to answer your question in detail.

Will a normal masonry bit work?

It is very important that you use a rebar resistant drill bit. A normal masonry drill bit is not the right choice for this kind of application.

As stated in the video (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hcillJWVmtTIe30.html) we strongly recommend to talk to the responsible structural engineer before cutting any reinforcement.

when th drill bit meet iron bar inside the concrete will it pass through

Yes, the Heller Trijet is a rebar resistant hammer drill bit. Our tip: once you feel the rebar (no progress anymore), just continue drilling with low pressure until you break it. With too much pressure you only would glow out the carbide tip and then basically it is broken.

@Ex0dus111 The drill bit gets too hot because of the pressure. The outcome is that the material might become fragile so that the drill bit tends to break while using it any further. You can identify a glown out drill bit by the discolored metal.

As the original speaker text is German and we initially thought it might be useful that the audience can hear the German voice a little bit in the background. Meanwhile we learned that this was not our best idea. So we will do without it in future tutorials, we promise!

Why the hell do you have a voice over the original voice? I can't even understand the English version because of the backing german. I did not finish watching the video as that is very annoying, nor did I look at any of your other videos because of it.
