Is there a difference in which membership I get? For example, if I am from the USA and purchase the Global membership will it impact how I can get concert tickets in the future? Does the Global or USA membership have any differences in benefits at all? I'm just confused as to why there are multiple memberships, lol. I just want to know which membership will be the best to purchase, because I feel that a lot of people from the USA have the Global membership. Please help and thanks (:

@@ernessayazzie4710 the memberships are the same however if you are in the US you need to purchase your membership from the US or you will not get your membership kit, if you purchase it, from global if you’re in the US. Other than that they are the same.

You don’t necessarily have to buy the membership in order to place an order. Just keep in mind there are some exclusive items only for members.

You may want to update this with the fact that one can ONLY buy the multiview streaming tickets with a Global membership, not US -- thankfully I saw that before buying a membership (which I have yet to do). I do have a question: on your website's tutorial, you say accepted forms of ID include a gov-issued ID, but the Weverse shop ONLY lists a passport or Alien Registration Card as valid IDs. Are you SURE, through personal experience, that gov-issued IDs are also accepted?

Ah, it turned out you CAN use a US membership -- they apparently refer to ALL memberships as being "BTS Global Official Membership", even if you're buying it from the US shop. They should probably say "International" to avoid confusion; when the tickets page said you had to have a "BTS Global Official Membership", to buy the multiview. I thought that meant a membership from the Global shop. 😅 My apologies,-- carry on. :)

Heyhey, i have a quick question, (maybe it's a stupid question idk) I was wondering if, after you've purchased the regular army membership, can u still buy the membership kit and a merch box (1 of the 3 choices)? Hello! You can definitely buy either one or all of them. That is your choice. Merch box one is no longer available but you can purchase the others if you like.

Hi, I've purchased my very first ARMY Membership a couple of days ago. After that I ordered the Membership Kit. But it hasn't even been shipped yet. My orders from 2 days ago are already at the shipping stage. So I wanted to if anyone has already received the 8th Membership Kit or when they would possibly start shipping the new one? Maybe Weverse will wait for more fans to purchase the Membership Kit until they actually start delivering it. If someone knows more about this matter please comment down below. Thanks in advance.

You can purchase from both global and USA shop. Just keep in mind shipping will be different for both.

They are the same thing. Global is just intended for those not located in the US.

I have one question that I’m very curious about and was wondering if I can get some help through here! so since covid-19 is still very much out there, I was looking to get into purchasing the USA shop membership, I had global for the past 2 years but with the pandemic going on, I don’t see the point in going for global membership if we won’t get concerts from kpop groups or artists anytime soon. so my question is, will getting army membership from the USA shop limit me from opportunities that the membership GLOBAL shop will have? I very much want to be saving money since weverse raised their shipping so much compared to US where it’s about $15 I believe. if I’m gonna miss out on merch, concerts, fan meetings, etc, just bc I hold a different membership then I might as well go for global. hopefully my explanation makes sense and thank you so much to anyone who reads and answers 💜💜💜

You will still get the same benefits so you would be able to attend events that are for members only.

Hello! If its via the Global Shop then yes you can purchase the army bomb with the membership (as that's the only available option right now for the Global Shop)

If you are in the US you want to buy the membership from the US shop. However, you can make purchases from either global or US. Shipping is a little higher on Global.

The membership purchase is digital! However, if you would like the ARMY Kit (which includes a physical membership card and some goodies) you will need to purchase that separately~

I have a question (I tried to get any information but failed so I just ask here) I purchased the old army membership in march due covid-19,they weren't allowed to ship them out till june (I live in germany and normally it takes one to two months when you purchase something from weverse (according to my friend)) I still don't got my membership physically or got any information like: tracking number or anything (but its in my orders and I can see all the membership pictures etc.) do you guys have any idea what I could do or how I could reach the costumer service? thank you guys!

Well I still haven’t got my album and it’s my first time. So like for the customer service. Click on the bottom corner named more. And the there will be an option of customer service and then click and scroll all the way down. And there will something called as shipping. Click on it and u will see many questions. Just click on any questions and there will be an option of contact us. That’s it

The membership will always say ordered. It will only say completed when you purchase something and it gets delivered.

Hello! Yes, your membership will end on january 25, 2021 KST so you'll have to renew it if you'd like to continue~ However you have up until 30 days after the expiration date to renew it ^^

@@jazm7ne No problem! You can renew it via the Weverse Shop. It's pretty much the same steps as this how to purchase video! As long as you're logged into the same account as your Weverse account and make sure you're purchasing from the right shop (Global or USA) depending on where you live ^^

The verification code would be sent to your phone number. You can log out and log back in and request a new one. If this does not work you will need to contact Weverse at support@weverseshop.io

No. Just be aware that if you ever win something that requires you to fly to South Korea then you might in the future but it is not required when signing up.

Weverse Shop is not shipping to certain countries. You can try but if at time of checkout it does not accept your address then it will not ship to your country due to covid restrictions. You would pay at the time of check out.

When you choose PayPal it will take you to a log in page. If you scroll down it will ask if you would like to lay with a debit/credit card.

You can buy the kit after purchasing the membership. You can also buy the Merch Pak if you choose too.
