I bet hes gonna be the final boss. In the snow area one of the penguins tells you that they have one secret power, and telling you good luck. This could mean that Tutorial Terry has an unlocked power of some sorts, like the rocket launcher. Another thing is that we only see some enemies rarely have cards, and the only card we see some enemies holding is the slow down card. Tutorial Terry says he has multiple cards of the same card, aka the +5 card, he also says he has a lot of attack cards, which is probably why hes so strong. BUT, hes the only other person (not really person more like thing) in the game to have these. We the player, are mostly gods since we cannot die and such (like perma die). I bet Tutorial Terry is another god and in the end we either steal a bunch of his cards or we become as powerful as him.

I just had a great idea, you should add a feature where you are able to dodge Terry's rocket, however it's only a good dodge, so it still does just enough damage to kill you, and it makes players think you can get a great dodge and they keep on trying, but they can never do it

He will teach us how to play this game, even if you dont want to, he will make you stay and get ready for best tutorial in your life.

Not to be obvious but Any one noticed that when fighting tutorial Terry, he had 999 health because when you collect the health plus card in the caves he said that he had way to many of that same card hinting that he had been using the cards when you choose to fight him
