I can totally do that if I practice with your video I can get in shape. You are pretty easy to understand what the next move will be I don't think I've seen anyone that actually will help everybody get in shape but you do an awesome job😀 And lm 58 years old.

@@valeoclub Thank you very much!! You inspired me to get off of the sofa, and start moving again. I had gained a lot of weight post major back surgery. After getting my neurosurgeon's approval I started out VERY slowly with modified movements, and continued to work my way up. That lead to my wanting to eat healthier, and after several years of sticking with it I feel like I have removed a 50 lb pack off of my back, NO more back pain!!! That is why I am so thankful to you!!! I am honored to be part of the virtual family. 🙂🥰

Omg YES - same as you - I hate it when things are super tight ESPECIALLY when it’s 100 degree weather with insane humidity 🤦‍♀️ So I got these harem pants at Nike awhile back and almost forgot I had them UNTIL I started teaching outdoors. They truly have been a life saver - LIGHT fabric, dry fit, silky feel and just awesome all around!
