In this video I will show you how to create this beautiful shelf.
For this we will use 20x20mm galvanized tubes, 18mm thick pine board, a 15x15mm U, small self-drilling screws, 35x35 wood screws, black paint and varnish.

Very good Today we are going to create this beautiful bookcase.
I will also show you these three products throughout the video.
We will use 20x20 mm galvanized tubes.
We mark them at a height of 2m.
With a square we mark the miters.
Now we cut them.
We cut a tube to miter.
We mark 34cm and cut it to miter.
Now we cut 7 pieces of tube to 30cm.
We take a U with a width of 15mm.
We cut some 15mm pieces.
We put the tubes together.
We take another tube, which we will use as a teacher to mark the other structures.
We measure from the straight part of the tube 8cm, 30cm, 52cm, 64cm 100cm, 132cm and 164cm.
We drill the pieces.
We screw the pieces with drill head screws in line with the mark.
We place the 30cm pieces.

We screw them from the bottom.
We cut a piece of a wider tube to make some squares.
We take the 34cm miter piece and screw the squares to it.
We fit it into the structure and screwed.
Now we drill above the bars, in which they are at 8cm, 64cm and 164cm to then fix the woods.
We clean well to paint.
To paint I will use this electric paint spray gun, which AliEspress sent me to test.
You can change the nozzles for different jobs.
In this wheel you regulate if you want a jet or expanded.
And here you regulate in the direction you want it to come out.
We will use paint for galvanizing.
We cut 8 boards 30cm wide by 130cm long or whatever we decide to make.
To sand the edges I will use this multifunction oscillating tool, also from AliExpress.
It is very practical to make these types of cuts.
We varnish the woods.
Once dry, we pass them steel wool to polish them.
One step that was left behind is drilling to fix the boards later.
Now we just have to mount it.
The size of the gaps may be the one we like the most.
We paint the head of the screws.
I like to fix these tall shelves to the wall, they are always safer in case the children take to climbing.
