if the input clock frequency 20 ghz is applied to 7 bit ring counter then to 4 bit twister ring counter and its output to mod 12 synchronous counter and then to 7 bit ring counter . calculate the output frequency

The diagram drawin is wrong. Firstly we use a presetted one input by activating the preset input of the first register. If preset is 1 then it's output is one Please NESO academy's video to understand what i mean to say
