It is a combination of Iterative model and Waterfall model. Don't say Iterative model and SDLC model, all models are fpr SDLC only. Saying that doesn't make sense.

its a meta model means it consists of all features of waterfall(both classical and iterative),prototype,evolutionery.

I think it's the combination of prototype and spiral model (hybrid model)...
