Join the late, great, costume designer, Travis Halsey, as he demonstrates his methods to create a professional tutu. This video is a part of a three-part series that originally aired as a webinar for students around the world, hosted in his costume shop, Halsey Onstage, in Chicago.
It was always incredibly important to Travis to teach others the art of ballet costume design, so I hope that you are both entertained and enlightened by his teachings!

Смотрю неотрывно, не понимая ни одного слова, только на действо, но кроме действа много информации, жаль, я не знаю языка, обидно. Спасибо вам большое!!! Вы супер! Вы классный!!! Благодаря вам , я создам костюм - балетную пачку на программу по фигурному катанию. Мы будем катать балет. Спасибо вам за подробные технические нюансы! Вы теперь мо друг на всю жизнь!) @@user-dh8dl2xc9j спасибо, сшила балетную пачку, жаль ,не могу показать, получилась отличная пачка, заняли первое место по фигурному катанию на коньках! Пачка, одоптирована для фигурного катания! Много подсказок в этом видео!

Do your panty patterns work for kids or am I better off drafting my own? Got a hip at 28.5". Have not yet measure girth. I drafted a basque from scratch via these videos for her rehearsal tutu. Now I gotta make the competition tutu and bodice. Thx!!
