Telediario with Pedro Piqueras. VHF channel 4 with heavy co-channel interference from Copenhagen transmitter.
Received in south west Sweden (probably) in 1990.

I envy you. Even in Japan, if we made efforts, we could make TV-DX, but it was difficult because the frequency allocation was completely different from that of neighboring countries. This is Japan.

Probably. There are recordings from June earlier on this tape and then from July after this clip.

I don't speak Spanish but they are mentioning Argentina vs Romania, right? That game was played on 18:th of June in 1990.

Any idea where the weak PM5544 came from? Spain doesn't use it but maybe ETB (Basque)

Danish television, Copenhagen transmitter. That was about 130 kilometers from my location and I had an antenna set up especially for that station. Under normal circumstances Danish TV (DR TV) would be viewable but not perfect quality. During sporadic E propagation Spain or Italy would come in fairly strong and causing interference or taking over completely.

thank you for replying so fast. I was trying to guess which country you were from, I thought the UK like me but I'm guessing The Netherlands or Germany by the distance? I'm enjoying this DX videos enormously.

VHF channel 4, Gladsaxe (Danmarks Radio). When radio channel DR P3 was only used on the stereo-channel on the testcard.

Claro que es distante, y no se llama Canal Uno, se llama TVE 1, así que mejor te apartas del tema con tu comentario absurdo

ahora llamada La 1 o mas bien la uno, ha tenido muchos nombres como la primera en los años 90, según la historia también obtuvo el nombre de cadena 1 y cadena 2 (por parte de abuelos he escuchado anecdoticamente, el programa de UHF, mas bien La 2 o segunda cadena) visto en antiguas cartas de ajuste de rtve a principios de los años 80s ( no soy tan mayor pero he visto multitud de vídeos) y el famoso pedro piqueras de chaval presentando el telediario jejej.
