Love this steamer but one thing for sure is it is not light weight my arms hurt I was using it earlier but works really good! :-)

Can anyone tell me is the hose or attachment supposed to twist and lock into the main unit? Mine won’t turn yo lock. Trying to see if I picked up a defective one. Thank you in advance!

You don't want to. Scunci mostly make hair care products and accessories. They also invented the Scrunchie, but the steamer really sucks.
