Now we have a remake of the 1962 video of station IDs and news intros across the world, during the Cuban Missile Crisis!
I own nothing. All the content shown belongs to their respective owners. This video is only for educational purposes only to present how TV broadcasting companies identified themselves as at the time. No monetization is made off this video.

23:10 TVRI Surabaya station is started at March 3rd, 1978. Previously, that only Transmitting station.

08:31 - it was a newsreel for cinemas, which were shown before any film in those years. Newscast in these years was named as "Телевизионные новости".

Trivia:There are no TV Station ID in the Philippines before 1972 because most of the some footage before 1972(Martial Law Era) are lost including ABS 3, ABC 5. and RBS 7

@@Vinnytv7679 Yes at the time, when FM declared Martial Law, some of the footage are lost because some of these stations are taken by crony Roberto Benedicto who charged ABS-CBN 2 On the postitive side, thanks to the internet, some of these pre-Martial Law Footage are found by several people like stupidstickman through obtained by INA from France, Reuters and Associated Press 😊😊

@@Vinnytv7679 Yes because it was Martial Law when some TV stations are closed and replaced with crony owned stations like Roberto Benedicto and as a result, footage of Pre-1972 Television are lost But on the positive side, thanks to the internet, a number of videos are uploaded by Stupidstickman of series of video footage before 1972 and majority of these are obtained by INA of France, Reuters and AP 😊😊

South Africa didn't had TV yet until 1976

At this time, South Africa (in the apartheid regimen) refused to implant tv in 1953, it was not until 1976 to start tv broadcasting.

trivia: record/tv record was part of 3 networks in their lifetime: emissoras unidas (1959-mid 60s), REI (late 60s-1975), and now the record network (since 1990, although the name "Rede Record" was used since the 70s)

I should do TV Station IDs during 1973: REMAKE (+ news intros) because why? In the old video, It contains KERA ident, which is from 1974 until 1976, and many incorrections like the 1972 until 1993 (was 1965 until 1976) uses the black and white ident, I will use descriptions like TVN 1969 ident, The very first ident that was used until Pinochet was in power.
