Can not. Since US Gov does not export the parts and materials to Taiwan. The tool-kits are proprietary to assemble F-16 A/B Block 20 for retrofit projects only. In Asia nearby countries, Boeing has F-15 certified workshop in Singapore, Japan and South Korea factory for their own F-15 Air-fighter L1/L2/L3 on-premise certified Aviation SME in-country supports. Taiwan does not have any F-15 for its Air-force since US Gov does not recognize Taiwan as a country but just a place.

好像是航电系统的更新

我记得升级项目有包含机身隔框及尾翼底座的更新 可以提升4000小时的机体寿命 不是只有航电升级

舊機也是要升級 F35時間到了，新的國造戰機有成果，老美才會賣，就好像當初idf有成果才有f16，要人助必先自助立自強

F35維護成本超高，而且F35是隱身戰機 是為了突防專用，我們不太需要這種戰機

The proposed sale will help improve the security of the recipient and assist in maintaining political stability, military balance, and economic progress in the region. The proposed retrofit improves both the capabilities and the reliability of the recipient’s fleet of F-16A/B aircraft. The improved capability, survivability, and reliability of newly retrofitted F-16A/B aircraft will greatly enhance the recipient’s ability to defend its borders.
