Operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS has arrested the suspected mastermind of the explosion that rocked Kogi State on the 29th of December, 2022, near the palace of the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland in Okene, Kogi State, during the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari. The DSS spokesman, Peter Afunanya said the suspect, Abdulmumin Otaru, popularly known as Abu Mikdad, was arrested alongside one of his associates, Saidu Suleiman on Tuesday.
