ジョンもリッチーも脂が乗りきった全盛期時の来日。前年にはバンドとしてロンドンのウェンブリー・スタジアムでのライブも成功させてたしね。この時は二人ともまだ30代だっただろうし、披露する曲数も少なかったから原曲キーでの演奏ですよね。これって何気に貴重かもしれないね。おまけにドラムはロジャー・テイラーだし。これ観る度に思うんだ。やっぱりBONJOVIにはリッチーが必要なんだって。

Well you can definitely tell Richie has a great voice and guitar player. They were the best together that's for sure no one can replace Richie, bit the band had no choice. I'm sure jon don't like that we think his band was the best with Richie. At the same time Phil taking Richies spot don't compare. It's to bad that they have bruised each other's ego. I love Richie but he walked away and the band had to continue onward. It would be great if Richie could show up for a few performances while on tour. Where he can boost the band. I can't bet that those would be the best one's. This way Phil isn't being replaced but Richie shows up for surprise treat for fan's

Great show and Maestros, I saw Ray Cooper, he’s probably the best percussion player in this universe. I had the honor to work with him twice, he’s an excellent person and played like a monster, so energetic full of talent and passion, check him out, I promise a whole lot of goosebumps, chills, shivers. This was a UNESCO benefitial concert, not a bon jovi concert, and in the references its written Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora, not Bon Jovi, that's why Tico and David weren't there. The percussion guy is Ray Cooper (Elton John, Eric Clapton and several others) , the red guitar player is Phil Palmer (Dire Straits).

Watching again, is tha Phil Palmer on guitar next to Sambora ?? Gotta be. I he used to play with Clapton, Dire Straits etc. Guy is absolutely awesome. Session musicians are the backbone to great performances.
