she deserves more than what she received. i don't know if it is a korean people things but u know her voice is consider incredible and amazing if she performs international. u know other countries would gave her standing ovation and i could promisse u that she would receive endless vote but in Korea it just, like that. In fact Mamamoo is a very good and fantastic group. They are all very talented and original and true to themselves and us, fans but it just sad that they didn't receive love and support that they supposed to receive. I really hope one day, just one day, talent would be the real matter they see instead of just visual 🙏🏻🙏🏻

in Korea what matters is in which label you are signed. those on smaller labels don't get recognition like those on big labels. Mamamoo are better vocalists than Blackpink and there's no discussion(Mamamoo win award for best vocals, have won Queendom 3 times, etc), but since Blackpink are in 1 of the 3 bigger labels they get more recognition.

For those here saying that their voices don't match:-- are you crazy or tone-deaf????? Smooth and controlled vocals - wow, Yong-sun and Seung-ho were perfect together. I watched the winning performance (by Seung-yeon) and, much as i like her, this was the winner on the night for me - i reckon the audience were too transfixed to push the vote button.

Not sure why people bring this up as Korean issue. Be fare, Mamamoo is very popular and successful in Korea. And they are one of my favorite girl's groups. Solar is good and has beautiful voice. But it doesn't mean if she got less point in this performance, it's because people doesn't like them. I just get addicted to Duet Festival and I would say this performance is not the best in this show. Not that they are not good, but just they are not that competitive and not the most amazing performance compared to others in this show. People are just spoiled and become picky in the show. On the other hand, I'm a big fan of DBSK and I have listened to "Timeless" thousands of times. I can't help comparing this performance to the original singers' performance. I'm sorry to say I'm a bit disappointed here. The original one is very powerful and harmony and strongly impressed me. I thought Solar was amazing so I urged to listen to this one when I saw the song name. However, sorry, she is not for this song. Of course, I still love her and her voice.

I listened to the original's live version since solar and dongho here is singing live so it's only fair to compare live versions ( music core stage from 9 years ago, look it up if you wanna) and what harmony impressed you there? junsu sings well ( i have been listening to dbsk long before mamamoo is even formed ) but zhang liyin was so bad and you say they had harmony? you are being unfair to junsu. nostalgia and bias shouldn't prevent objectiveness👍🏻
