The flagship motorcycle from TVS until the Apache 310 (Akula 310) is launched in July 2017, the Apache 200 has been received well by Indian customers who want a practical 200cc bike which is priced attractively and fun to ride in the city.
Our long term TVS Apache 200 is the carburetted model with Pirelli tyres and sans ABS. The Apache 200 competes with the Pulsar 200 NS and Yamaha FZ25 in the Indian market.

Hey Motobeam Team . I own a RTR 200 black and I get mileage figures of 38-40 within City limits . why do you mention a very low Mileage figures........???

I still don't see why I should buy this over the NS 200(2017)which has more power and torque,a better refined engine and a perimeter frame.

guys go for apache bcz I am Apache 200 owner too and used up to 5k+ KM's and I do not have any issues with the mileage.this motor beam reviews can be wrong some times ! they ride their bikes in dirt and says the chain gets dry quicker these test done on these bikes are very hard so that they will fail the tests, shifting gears in higher rpm's will lead to damage to engine components. Note that no need to shift gears in higher rpm's. and plz don't forget that these machines are also built to face bad indian roads not for Daytona roads so always be ready to accept some noises from every motorcycle !

i have this bike,bought it in october, i can assure there are no vibrations issues, and the engine is smooth as you like, pretty satisfied with my bike.

Honestly, i was thinking of asking for a video at pointing out highs and lows of RTR 200, FZ 25. And here you are with apache's video. Thanks motorbeam. Also, could you please do the same for FZ 25.
