First of all Connect this printer with your computer and select 'Start button'-Control Panel-Hardware & Sound- from here select 'Device and Printers' and choose your printer from the list as “SNBC LP 46 Neo” right click on this printer make it as default. Then put cursor on this printer and make right click on this printer and select “ Printer Preferences” from here select your options like barcode, label, Tag print from the list otherwise create new one fixing Height, Width, View. Change ‘USER’ Option every time while changing printing stationery. This video very clearly explains various settings and functions as per your requirements.

for seeing in the video the software seems nice, we need to experience it before making a decision to buy, try to give a free version or evaluation copy, so can try it instead of just seeing the video. many pos software has a free version with limited access or watermarked software to test. try something like that, sure it will increase the sales.
