I recommend assassin or speed 3 for sonar titan make sure he’s at 4th upgrade if you have speed 3

Well.... it is possible and i already beat it And my loadout is acid gunner,Uttv,Scientist Cameraman,Titan Clock (U can also use computer tv just for its ability) and An Sonar Tv Woman. I hope that helps!
