This scooter is powered by a PMSM motor which has a hall sensor to provide rotor position with respect to stator to controller and by some reason it might have misplaced.

use UV filter while recording in the sun. Also your recording while riding scooter fast is not clar yet. ask cameraman to compensate this. even 1080p seems 480.
