Ladder drills and hooking her up to a vertimax max and resistance band training! If you are not skilled in training with this equipment there are places in your area to ask and specifically ask if this type of training or volleyball speed and conditioning training is offered! She will need all things resistance to activate her twitch muscles and reaction time!!! Great question! If you give me your area I can look up some places to go! Good luck and keep me posted!!!
