Negan's right, tho. If he killed everyone in Rick's group, he wouldn't have lost everything. (He wouldn't have bashed their heads tho cause he didn't need to set examples, just straight-up guns-a-blazin'.) Rick and the others were actually spared, lol, as Negan simp as that sounds to others. It is weird seeing the two different tones (or vibes depending on how you look at it )of the show between the Alexandria group/Reapers plot is like The Walking Dead while the Commonwealth side feels more like I'm watching a episode of The Twilight Zone. I am so living for Maggie and Negan assuming the role of the next Alpha and Beta with them using a Whisperer tactic even if it is just to attack the Reapers compound.

And I think Eugene will realise that really quickly after this episode! Seems totally set up, Milton’s son’s close protection suddenly all appeared only when Eugene attacked him. The son & date were making out with walkers everywhere not even flinching. They split up Eugene from everyone else and told “Stefanie” to lead the way. Now Eugene has to tell or his new home is a jail cell. I think they upped their game when they realised the fake Stefanie wasn’t getting any info from Eugene.

Holy shit, I just clicked this evening! Negan is still lying to Maggie. He said he was only so brutal with Rick’s group because they attacked his outpost. But we know from other episodes Negan killed other communities’ people to make a point before demanding half of everything. In the outpost, we saw photos of Negan’s other victims on the walls. So he was doing it long before Rick & co came along Negan’s lie about only doing it to Rick’s community didn’t register with Maggie. In the outpost, Saviors kept photos of Negan’s other victims with heads bashed in. Maggie never saw those photos because she was outside with Carol before they were kidnapped by the 3 female Saviors! I wondered why she never brought that up with Negan in this conversation!!! Now I know 🤦🏼‍♀️
