Hooray! The bed has finally arrived! We are so pleased with the way the room turned out. I've popped up on my instastories today where everything was from in case you were interested. Also we've had our quote for the bathroom - so now need to just pick what we want! You were right. We will try and get a wet room upstairs and big bath downstairs. Can't wait to show you. Can completely relate to the brain fog. Perimenopause is kicking my ass. When I first got symptoms, they were so bad I got rushed to the QE because they thought I was having a stroke! They’ve eased off over the last 12 months or so, thankfully. Hope you all have a fab week

Aw loved this! I don’t know why but got quite emotional seeing Erin’s gorgeous new room - probably the thought of my now 6yo daughter one day wanting a tween bedroom makeover! I absolutely love the colour coded bookshelves and would actually quite like a bedroom like this myself 🤣🤣 Also now really want to hire a rug doctor 😂♥️

Baking! Who even are you? You’ll be using the slow cooker next 😂. Love Erin’s room. I feel your pain with the brain fog, it gets me in the exact same way not being able to think of words. It is so frustrating isn’t it. Looking forward to the bathroom makeovers. We have one on our to do list but it won’t be for a little while yet.

I have a Vax carpet cleaner and now the Vax spot cleaner and I love them! The spot cleaner is great for furniture and spills, animal accidents etc, so worth buying one.

Room looks fab! We done our tweens room recently & hired a rug doctor to clean the carpet. We didn’t realise at the time, but for some reason it wasn’t sucking the water back up properly so even though it felt dry, it absolutely stunk, like sour milk 🤢 It got stronger & stronger & we had to lift it in the end and replace it with a new one 🤦🏼‍♀️ Next time we will have to hire Steven too 🤣 x

You can get Reeses peanut butter chips. If you add those into the banana bread along with chocolate chips it is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The whole house was fine but we had a bit of a problem with the downstairs rug. We should have moved it to dry out!

Hi I don’t think you should put plants in a bedroom as they take oxygen out of the room and it’s not very healthy for her not complaining just thought you might like to know xxx

Oh no plants are great for bedrooms! They filter the air 🌱🌱🌱

Plants produce oxygen, they don’t take it away at all, they’re actually the best thing for purifying the air turning the carbon dioxide into more oxygen for us 😄 The only downside could be that they absorb water from the air so can make it extra dry but since the ones shown here are succulents they shouldn’t make any noticeable difference especially as there’s only two
