Every Fall, we travel up to the Blue Ridge Mountains to see one of the best Halloween attractions in the southeast. Tweetsie Railroad's Ghost Train. As per usual, we had a fantastic time.

The lack of lights on the train makes it look even scarier! It looks like as if it came from Hell or it rolled out of the scrapyard as a ghost, seeking passengers to take with it.

i went there yesterday and if you where there if you saw to little kids in the fog walking up and down that was me and my best friend we are 12 and love to scare people we left for a few min and came back the workers loved our idea so much they stated doing it

*I wish they went with the great train wreck of 1913 this year.* The could also add to the story, say that the engine involved was the ET&WNC's 13, a brand new 4-6-0 locomotive at the time on its first passenger train. And *it answers the question of why did the ET&WNC never had a 4-6-0 ten wheeler numbered 13*

Wouldn’t it make more sense to say that engine 13 was an experimental 2-8-2? After all, that’s what the Tweetsie Ghost Train is. Maybe the ET&WNCNG had an engine 13 that was a 2-8-2 that wasn’t very successful.

I cannot wait for Tweetsie Railroad Ghost Train 2024 next year!!!!!! I am excited to see what Tweetsie Railroad Ghost Train 2024 is gonna be like and what the theme for Tweetsie Railroad Ghost Train 2024 is gonna be next year!!!!!!!!! Happy Halloween 2023 railroad fans!!!!!!!!!!!
