Tyler is the lead singer and Josh is the drummer - Tyler also plays a handful of different instruments depending on what song they do - all their songs sound different and they really don't have a genre - you have probably heard Stressed Out, Ride, and Heathens on the radio (those are their 3 biggest hits) but you should for sure check out: 1) Car Radio 2) Ode to Sleep 3) Holding On To You (Live From Fox Theater) 4) Lane Boy 5) Trees (Live from Fox Theater)

This is my favorite band by far! You can pretty much bump every song they’ve ever made. Tyler the lead singer/writer/bass player/pianist/uke player ...is a lyrical mastermind. Josh the drummer helps round out his sharp edges. These two put on an amazing live show. Do not, I repeat, do not ever miss a chance at one of their concerts if you are near a show!

If you love this you’ll love a ton of other music from them. They’ve had a handful of radio hits but they have incredible music across 3 albums (5 if you’re hard core). For some that hit new comers hard I suggest Morph, Message Man, Lane Boy, Nico and the Niners, Ode to Sleep and Car Radio. They have a fandom called the Skeleton Clique or the Clique for short. We’d all recommend the full albums of Vessel, Blurryface and Trench in a perfect world lol. Level of Concern was a light hearted fun release the lead singer/song writer did quick when his mom said she needed something fun during the pandemic. Typically their stuff is super deep lyrically.
