Oh I didn't expect this to be quite well written! The donut metaphors like having a hole in the middle like a heart broken person missing someone special or how a donut is ring shaped which could signify the cyclic love-hate loop of a relationship are really good and I honestly didn't know a song with a title as cute as "donut" could have such a sad tone in actuality

The song is relaxing, comfortable, warm, and romantic. Feels like it is taking my anxiety and depression away. The song also feels weak and cold. Not a powerful music and it doesn't give me any feel that I need to exercise so I can listen to it while I'm exercising. I also feel like it needs to be winter so I can listen to the music rather than any day and season. That being said, I will give the song 「Doughnut」from TWICE a Rank B.

In my own opinion, TWICE really deserve the ‘Artist Of The Year’ title this year. They have a lot of releases this year. Kura Kura, Alcohol Free, The Feels, Perfect World, Scientist and Doughnut. Also they achieved a lot of achievements and ranked high in billboards. They also never failed to give us a lot of fun contents. They spoiled ONCEs so much, I hope all of us will work harder on streaming and voting for them too.

You radiate elegance and classiness as you dance across the stage, and it it simply enchanting watching you incorporate your style into each choreography that you share with the world. Perhaps what I find the most charming about you is your voice. Similar to your dancing, when you sing there is such a feeling of innocence and youthfulness. Listening to you sing is just absolute bliss; and when I heart the gentleness and emotion in every line that you sing, I feel like I’m on a cloud.
