Great mod for the xe... brought my 1.6 alive at the top end of the revs.. I just need to up the rev limiter now.... just wish tuners could still install the chips.. its all plug in stuff now... I tried 4 tuners with a good reputation...non are interested...keep up the hard work!!!! 👊🤟

I looked into this years ago, issue is the boards in the ECU are multi layer, an there high likely to damage when split to remove the Eprom chip.

Which ecu to be used diktator or oem ecu

I cant think of a single vauxhall inlet that is a good design lol i think possibly the nova gte/sri ones were as close to good as they got. These look unreal pal great job

If youre ever making these again I’d most definitely be interested. Can this be adapted for Z14XE (not XEP)? I’d imagine it’d just be a case of adapting the throttle body end?

Superbly done! Can this be expected to improve Astra G X14XE as well? Astra G still has shorter intake pipes as standard, through which air passes to the engine. Probably smaller improvements can be made than on Corsa or Tigra? Cheers!

Hi mate, Really enjoy the channel good to see people are still into the Vauxhalls, I was wondering your thoughts on a C20LET into an astravan mk5/H Do you know of any that have been done and if so how much harder than the usual nova/corsa conversation, I remember back in the day Lordy doing a corsa c C20LET swap and he told me there was a lot more work involved because the newer models was so much different than your older Vauxhall’s

A lot of the new stuff wants cambus signals hence the Z20LET being popular. I CLET would go in a mk5 no problems. Back when myself and Lordy where doing this stuff, there was no information an we where the ones learning hence being more work figuring it out. Abit like us now finishing up the Corsa VXR with a Z20, now it’s been done it will start becoming easier.

Z20 in a corsa vxr should be the perfect combination 👌 nice job on those boost pipes as well, I’ve got an astra sportive at the min for my work van but I’m going to be needing a bigger van soon and don’t really want to let the astra go, and got thinking about the old C20LET’s I’ve had and nothing to this day compares to the shear power of them in my opinion, so I’m thinking of getting hold of C20LET lump an F28 box, maybe drop you a line if I get stuck along the way
