I made 546 with mine 667nm on stock t7 ecu..and stock b234r bottom end t7 head with Enem 268cams Evans waterless will stop your calling system from pressurising I did a dyno pull with mine at street racers and removed the header tank cap straight after.. not even a burble not even a drip.

I put a pulsar throttle bodies and plenum on my c20xe turbo conversion years ago when you could get them for £100ish on ebay what a job that was fitting it lol

As you said mate you need a sensor that will go down into 6:1 or there abouts . I'm currently using a spartan 2 controller and Bosch sensor capable of reading alcohol.

I'd love to shove a big turbo etc on mine when I built it I blue printed it, volvo springs the works for future but still on standard turbo with mapping etc so making good power now but I think it would be decent

Completely standard engine so original T5 gasket and head bolts… 5 minutes of research on the b2x4 engines would show him that he shouldn’t of even attempted to break the 400hp barrier with that setup. The bottom end will handle 700-800hp if its healthy and the map is good. He’ll need to atleast go to a T7 mls gasket, o ring the block and throw some arp studs in but even then the head will flex between the combustion chambers. Then its onto pinning the head or using a fire ring gasket

Saw this a few times at car meets (Griffins head) with the lad who built it, can’t remember his name now but he was a sound lad. I was there in my Nova, but it’s just a boring 1.2i Swing 😂

It was always a Saab swap but iv built it to what it is now , it was a bodge , once was a nice road car when Darren built it , but by the time I got it it was rough as hell
