On the plus side, for animal lovers, he was reputed to have appointed his horse as a proconsul of Rome. If what was asked of Morrissey would have made Caligula blush it must have been pretty racy.

Johnny Marr was the guitarist for the Smiths, he’s been a huge inspiration for me recently because he’s not flashy and really focuses on the sounds/arrangements. Personal favorite is probably The Headmaster Ritual for the guitar playing, but I feel like you guys would really like The Boy With The Thorn In His Side. For another artist I would suggest Echo and the Bunnymen, been really digging their stuff lately
