Chris said it got to big and complex that real life and other projects got in the way so they just stopped working on it chris said he wishs they could find the time. I think people forget that oneyplays is a side gig for more money for actual projects and help with living expenses oneyplays isn't the main thing

What a delightful little game! I like all the little details. Being able to punch any NPC seems to have no gameplay effects, it's the kind of feature that you know they spent time adding just because they wanted the game to be more fun and nothing else.

Wow!! No way, I would always play this game as a kid, it was great even if super difficult in some places. It was called “Twinsens Odyssey” in Australia, but haven’t met anyone else who played it. Ahh nostalgia, never thought I’d see the day the boys would play this ❤️

The game of my childhood, but watching you guys moving in normal mode instead of running mode was soul wrenching. There is a keyboard shortcut to use the normal mode "interact" action in any mode, so you basically never have to be in normal mode.

5:47 The interesting thing about this game is that the original release DID have locked camera perspectives, even if some scenes like these were built in 3D. There was a dedicated key that would put the camera behind you, but still just statically, if I remember correctly. The rerelease unlocks the camera and it's frankly rather nice.
