I’m a coach so I can answer. It depends on the person some people have natural air awareness that makes it easy for them. Others it takes time understand how to move in the air and where you are. So just learn at your own pace and you should eventually get it just don’t give up!

@@PointerProductions1 I finally got my back full :)))) Now I want to learn Rudy. But my forward twisting direction is left and my back twist is right. Any ideas?
