Fun fact 🎉: the story was soposed to be like this elsa as a evil Queen and Anna as a kind princess but the founder/maker of frozen ❄⛄👸change their decision and the story became like as you see today ✨ THE TRUTH ✨

Yes elsa is the monster. When Elsa forbid love in Arendelle , Anna got mad coz she fell in love with hans and in anger she takes Anna's arm but realises her wrong behaviour and went off to look for Elsa to apologise
