Look, my theory is, Chris was in no way in love with Erin, he just liked to have a lover. Erin told Chris she was pregnant and he couldn't risk his marriage so he killed her. I mean, it seemed that Erin really was into Chris so maybe she thought he really loved her and decided to tell him that baby was his. IDK.

@@oAgL214she was absolutely expecting the same reaction from Chris as she got from John when she told him she was pregnant which was they stopped arguing about money and focused on the new baby but unfortunately she miscarries the first one and apparently wasn't even pregnant with the second wandering if she ever was with the first. Didn't deserve to die but was playing dangerous games in my opinion.

And most of the mums I've seen just want to provide a 'normal household for their kids. Since it takes 2 to tango, both of them should be held accountable equally . Most first pregnancy ended in miscarriage, I have shared that as well. I was so terrified of loosing my second pregnancy, we tried for years after that and now we have an almost 1 year old rainbow baby girl named Hazel Snow 💗

I can really relate to her comment about miscarriages… I have been through a stillbirth and it was really hard. I never in my life knew how many women go through miscarriages/stillbirths until I went through it and it opened an entire world to me. It’s really sad and even though you know the statistics and you know the amount of women who go through what they go through you really do still feel completely alone. It hurts and it never leaves you

I agree because they all still moved to Alaska, she probably planned it so she could move still. Idk if he’d be that dumb to leave evidence but what if Nicole went back there and left stuff to prove it was him? It wouldn’t be unreasonable that she’d keep things to toss down there. What if she urged it because Erin told the other neighbor lady she was pregnant and Nicole heard about it (because remember the neighbors knew) then set a plan in motion to get rid of the both of them. 😮

I've listened to this a couple times, and it just clicked how young she was. People make silly choices at that age, it doesn't excuse cheating, but it kind of explains to me why she didn't want to let go of her affair. It's so horrific what he did, he could have just moved and left her. So heartbreaking.

I saw this story on dateline, they asked him in court if during the 5 minutes he was strangling her, if he thought about changing his mind, he said something like it happened too fast SOOOO they had him hold a garrote on a dummy’s neck for 5 mins to show how fast it really wasn’t.

Did you read the post that was written by his mother, Sheila Braden? She posted it approximately a week ago. Right now, it's the sixth post above yours. Fortunately, Erin's husband seems to be doing quite well. He has a daughter now, and quite understandably, he'd like for people to respect his privacy. His mother kindly thanked Bailey as well for telling the story as accurately as possible. I don't think Bailey noticed it yet but I sincerely hope that she does. I think that she'd like to read the nice update about her son. A few people tried to tag her underneath the post so, hopefully, she'll notice and read it soon.

My husband and his homicide team from SBSD are the ones who worked this case. My husband and his team were gone for many sleepless days/nights working in the hot desert. They found Erin in the mine after weeks of searching for her body. My husband and his team also extradited Christopher Lee back to the US. I attended his sentencing. Horrible! RIP Erin Corwin.

@@dawnhunter2558 not necessarily. trauma can make you suppress memories so severely that you cant remember. its a common symptom of ptsd (ive experienced due to ptsd). not to say that she was or wasnt, but its smth that needs to be taken into consideration. i genuinely hope that she grows up as okay as can be, and has easy access to therapy if/when she needs it

This case ROCKED our small desert community. Sidenote...The reason why it never caught fire down in the mineshaft is because there was a lack of oxygen that far down. Also Nicole told multiple people at the horse ranch & around town that if Erin had been killed nobody would find her body. It was clear to anyone close to the case that she was totally involved. She also mentioned something about a gun but I don't remember what it was. Most of us think she was in the car when he went to meet Erin. Some of us also believe one of his close friends is involved. His friend had a truck that was mysteriously sold the same week Erin went missing. Also, people don't just go out & hunt coyotes out here...at least locals don't. That's one of the first things that was a redflag for everyone. Glad you covered this one!

Like you wish Erin is dead for sleeping with your man, but not your man for sleeping with another woman? Miss me with that. Edit for clarification, I’m not saying the wife had no right to be mad at Erin at all, she clearly did she trusted her and considered her a friend. I would watch it too but I love Baileys videos and despite free speech the Scientologists could make her one of their targets since they do not like people with big platforms talking bad about their religion. As far as I know she is not a scientologist but either way many of you have seen how they treat those who were part of the religion and just random people that speak against them. It is up to Baily of course but bringing awareness to it could cause a negative impact on her life. I'm sure you have heard of big stars breaking free from the religion who claimed to be followed and honestly I do not see many in movies anymore so someone with Baileys platform is big enough to get their attention but she does not have the ability to fight scientology. No one person does and unlike most other religions they can be quick to attack. She can choose to speak on it but I can certainly see why she could reconsider. Edit: scientology is something a lot of people including former members, some current members and those who have no opinion need to speak about together. I would love to hear her do a story where some of the key people were scientologists without offending the entire religion because all religions have "bad apples" as they say. They just try and hide the problematic information. For the record I was baptized Roman Catholic but have been Agnostic most of my life. I think there is something or lots of things out there we do not understand. And my theory on most modern religions is too long to get into here. Regardless this could easily be my favorite channel. ❤

You should do Amber Hagerman the little girl behind “the amber alert” to bring awareness to her case since it’s still not solved. I was raised in the same town as her and I’ve always wanted to see that case get solved.
