That was so inspiring and amazing! Thank you for taking the time to share. I know the video was sped up but sometimes when you are painting a canvas with acrylic it feels like you have to move that fast. I have been away from any serious painting in the traditional style for almost 30 years. Because of space and time, I painted digitally. It has made it so I still can express myself artistically but not the same. I just got some supplies and practice sheets. I think I will try a painting similar to this to get me going. Thank you again for giving an older artist a little kick start…❤

I would love to see a new painting with bright sunshine in the daylight. Been trying to find a daylight painting with sunshine. Everything seems to be sunsets or sunrises with orange skies. I want sunshine with a blue bright sky. Could you do an acrylic with that?

Curious about the varnish is it a semi-gloss? Love your work!

Thank you! I’ve tried semi-gloss and I wasn’t a fan. My favorite now is the gloss but it’s good to experiment so give it a try and see for yourself which you like better! 🙌

Yes, I recently did a painting, and I finished it with a gloss. I thought I made a mistake, but the more I was looking at it, the more I thought the gloss gave it more depth. Thanks ✌🏼
