From what I've heard on alot of comments, the creator (sanrio) said they didn't give hello kitty a mouth so the person watching it could imagine what they were feeling at the moment on kitty's face, so if you were sad you could imagine her frowning. If you were happy, u could imagine her smiling, ECT. To me, it adds to her cute character ❤️‼️

She follows this trail of blood to see Kitty, her best friend, with this terrifying “ Mouth “- Basically My Melody calls 911 and is able to get Kitty mental help, as well as Kitty receiving surgery to fix the “ Mouth “ to make it a real, better looking mouth. In the end, Kitty gets a real mouth and therapy-
