Our cousins came in one day & we decided to play this movie for the first time on the dvd without knowing what it was aboyt. It was the 2000s & we were a bunch of kids. And by the end of it, we were thrilled and wouldn't stop talking about it for a long while. Best memory from my childhood!

Not many people rememmber this, but Twister was one of the very first movies to be released on DVD. With that said, it would be cool to have this movie re-released on dvd in the same packaging as it's original dvd release

I was born in 1992 and was too young to see this movie but when I was an older kid probably before 10 yrs old, my mom rented this movie from BLOCKBUSTER!!! I watched it and the tornado sequence at the drivein theater scared me so much I had to stop the movie. I’m older now and I love the movie! I’ve watched it a million times! And I even want my own 1996 Dodge Ram in red and put a Dorothy replica in the back in real life!

I’m glad this movie is getting the 4K treatment. I think this and a couple other movies like the breakfast club should be remastered like this. Helen Hunt was so gorgeous ❤. When I watched this movie, my life changed a bit. My parents were breaking up and I was doing poorly at school, but this movie showed me a great story, and the OST was killer!!! My love for music has its roots in this movie.

awesome movie, and cast, i saw it in theaters back in 1996 5 times, problem is only the last two tornadoes and the close up shots of the first looked accurate. this movie deserves a modern graphics upgrade (but not overdone) "special edition" like with the original star wars trilogy had.

Just rewatched and that third act, starting with the drive-in sequence, was as exciting and intense as an action movie can get! The film really holds up 28 years after its release!
