I think all players need to record a POV (Which most already do) and have the vod ready to be submitted in case of an audit. Fixes most competitive integrity issues

Good takes, I think rise problem right now is comp, where I felt like Neptune didn’t feel comfortable for shine as he did on other agents and shanks just had a really bad showing! The other three did good! Otherwise I’d said they still need time to clean up maps with kayo

could u have like an admin for vct join each team discord calls just to make sure their coach doesnt talk unless its time outs? The admin is to mute all the time and has to hear if the coaches talk or not

Require all teams in masters to have every player stream, record coms, and webcams. That would make it very difficult and there isn't enough money in the circuit or 3rd party tournaments below that point to incentivise a team to use a coach igl and win everything.

Bren’s idea about coaches streaming their perspective to a private channel and being subjected to random audits is fucking amazing. I come from food service. This is basically what temperature and other food safety logs + boards of health are. EDIT: also worth noting it’s been 12 years and I’ve never seen evidence of a temp log being filled in after the fact. To reinforce Josh’s point about bends but not breaks, people will take temps *late* but people (in my 12yrs experience) will never forge temp logs.

Why do we believe that the T1 coach only ever said the one tactical thing?!? In my eyes, every single match that T1 played is not open to protest. I mean they beat EG 16-14 in 3rd game - why would we believe that the coach wasn't giving tactical information when its that close, if he admits to getting caught up in things when the match wasn't close?!? Also in terms of PR for T1 - they are owned in part by Comcast, which has plenty of experience in dealing with bad PR

I made a pretty referenced post on the competitive subreddit about the T1 rule, and personally I think the rule is written poorly so it's quite probable T1 could be acting in good faith, the rules don't actually explicitly outlaw coaching talking with players.
