3 жыл бұрынSo this is Twitter's Reaction to the recent Nintendo Indie World livestream! This was an event that showed off a lot of indie games that were coming to the Nintendo Switch! There were also some parts where developers from all over the world would talk about their game and the development process, giving a bit of an insight into how it is to make a game!
Also, thank you so much for 17,100 subscribers! I'm really happy that you all enjoy my content and that I've come this far! I really hope my content continues to entertain you as I have plenty of ideas for more content in the future!
If there are any video ideas you would like to suggest to me, please do so in the comment section! I'd love to know what you all want to see from the channel going forward!
Editing these videos have been really fun for me and you all seem to enjoy them, so that has made me really happy these past few weeks! Once again, I just want to thank you all for the amazing support and I hope you continue to watch my videos in the future! :D

No, it’s just we except a big announcement with these things. I’m not talking like Botw but you know how that one Indie World had Among Us? It doesn’t matter if you don’t like Among Us but you can’t deny it was an insanely popular game at that time. Or how the other Indie World had Untitled Goose Game, I remember a time where all the KZfaqrs were playing that, so yeah, pretty popular game. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think it’s a unreasonable to except something a little bit more big. I don’t use Twitter, I wasn’t anybody complaining. But I don’t think being kind of disappointed makes you a bad person like these comments make it out to be. Sorry for a bit of a wall of text.

"That's crazy. Now fix drifting." "Fix it yourself!" Tbh the other guy wasn't actually wrong. There's a quick fix you can do with your joycons. Just take a Q-tip, and some alcohol rub, or any safe disinfectant. Dip the Q-tip in it. Now go over to the jocon that is drifting push the joystick back. Lodge the Q-tip underneath where the rubber cap of the joystick ends. Coat the entire plastic surface underneath the rubber bit for a minute or so. Rotate the joystick for 30 seconds or more. Leave the joy-con sitting for like 5 minutes. After this, it should be working. It's a little more finicky if your joy-con has dead space rather than drift, but just take another Q-tip and do it again until it's playable. I know we all are desperate for Nintendo to fix drifting. But at least with this lil tip your not rushing out to the store to waste another 80 bucks.

For the people complaining to Nintendo about no Silksong. It isn’t their fault. Team Cherry has the license to HK and only they can decide when they reveal info on Silksong. (Don’t blame TC either cause they’re still working on the game)

Nintendo could show gameplay for Metroid prime: 4, Breath Of The Wild 2, and Bayonetta 3, while also revealing super Mario odyssey 2, pikmin 4, the switch pro, announce that joy con drift has been fixed, and that virtual console is coming back in one single direct, yet Twitter would still be mad.

That live stream when I saw the many complaint comments of not showing the big Nintendo titles. I face palm myself. Seriously do these people don't appreciate these indie game developers, they're providing us with more games and thanks to Nintendo they get a chance to not only showcase their work to the public but the games will be available on the Switch, Nintendo eShop, and possible physical release. However sadly they wanted to see E3 & Nintendo Direct quality in this live stream. People calm down and appreciate it, wait for E3 and next Nintendo Direct to actual complain. I'll complain when Nintendo still won't restock physical copies of XC2. I enjoyed the indie live stream, and there were some games I would like to buy, especially if it's available in physical cartridge, then I'm in to own and play it on my Nintendo Switch. Edit: Seriously Nintendo I need a physical copy of XC2! I won't resort to digital especially not eBay!

At this point I'm starting to wonder if *anyone* on the internet can read. It's the same song and dance, Nintendo or some big video game company announces a direct-like compilation of games that will be coming out and none of the folks on Twitter will be happy one way or another. And regardless if they're joking or not (this is where the "can't read" comes in) when a non-direct show up folks act like it is a direct. This is just really sad, at this rate if any viruses or microscopic bug/bacteria that require brains to survive find them then it's going to starve before it finds another victim.

This wasn't on Twitter but I remember the chat for UK Nintendo and someone said something about r34 will be made of this game that had an anime girl that was running to a castle-like thing. Next thing you know the chat was spamming ascii text art of boobs for the rest of the stream... It was funny for the first few seconds but it just got annoying.

People hate this thing just because the games they show aren't from big companies so they think that they games they show are trash and shit, people just don't get why indie word exists, In my opinion, they exist to show new indie games that aren't meant to be the next Mario odyssey or metroid prime 4, they are meant to be indie games with interesting concepts that make you go "it looks interesting I should buy it".

Literally the only Nintendo related thing to show up here would be a crossover of some kind with Nintendo themes and characters or a bigger crossover in the form of Smash revealing an Indie newcomer. But aside from that very minute exception (and the latter option being practically non-existent) why would you anticipate Nintendo related games...on a direct solely focused on INDIE games??????

I despise the people on Twitter because they want everything and whine so much. Here are the stuff they basically say. “Where’s the stuff WE want Nintendo?” “Why did you not release a triple a game in half a year?” “Who wants this trash anime fighter with one of the most common weapons, we want Lloyd, an “anime characters” with two swords” “geeze Nintendo, why didn’t you release a package of triple A games that were gonna nitpick every minute detail of and complain that a game wasn’t added?
