Жыл бұрынSo this is Twitter's Reaction to the long-awaited sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild, titled The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom! The game is set to release in May of 2023 and I'm personally very excited for it!
I really hope you all enjoy this video! I'm sorry for not uploading much lately. I've been busy with other things but hope to get back into making videos soon!

Honestly, the game looks great. I'm looking forward to it. I'm also not sure why everyone keeps believing the rumors about remakes when they circulate EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS.

@@kidplaysgame3590 I kinda have to agree with you. As hyped as I am for totk, I think they should've tried a new artstyle rather than stick with the same cartoonish childish look from botw going back to something gritty like Twilight Princess would probably fit this game more

I love the "genshin vs. Zelda". Especially when people say that BotW and TotK are ripping thibgs from Genshin. Helps me develop not being serious towards some things.

I can't even say the game looks great or looks bad, because we've barely seen anything of it. It's always just shots from the air with stuff far, far away. I do have hope for the game, because it'll release in May 2023, that's at least three years development time for a game that uses already existing assets.

We've still got 8 months so we've got plenty of time for them to truly show what the game is about. I feel like these are just literal teasers to get people talking.

3 years? It’s closer to 6 years This game was originally going to be DLC but they decided to make it a full new game instead, they already revealed they started working on this not long after BOTW released

People hated Wind Waker when it first was announced because of its "kiddy" artstyle. It later became one if the most beloved games in the franchise.

I think the reason SOME people are like this is because emotions run high during a Direct, and if something they were hoping for isn’t revealed, those emotions come out in the form of tweets that don’t really reflect how someone actually feels. I’m willing to bet that someone who screams they hated this Direct, or any other Direct for that matter, is actually just mildly disappointed. Or they’re trolls. One of the two

Every time I see Twitter comment about anything, a brain cell dies in my mind. HOW CAN AN ENTIRE PLATFORM BE THIS STUPID? I mean: "this looks like genshin impact. why are you guys ripping off of genshin impact now?" genshin came out 3 years after BoTW, so who's ripping off who? They had the name planned since at least 2021, it was just very poor timing on the reveal. They should have just revealed the name during last year's trailer but Doug Bowser said during his E3 interview that "when it comes to Zelda, these titles, they start to make sense" (no sh*t they would, that's the point). He and the NA and JP branches of Nintendo were afraid the name was going to spoil something in the game when it very much clearly doesn't in the same way BOTW didn't have any spoilers, and due to bad timing people don't like the name.
