The time when “Two Birds on a Wire” wasn’t popular and now it is.

My brother has recently gone deaf due to an accident and this was his favorite song. He quickly learned sign language in like 5 or 6 months! I’m going to sign this to him to finally see him happy again. I’ll update if when I do it :) Edit: He really liked it! He started crying and hugged me. Me and my family have also started taking lesson for him. Also, he recently game out as bisexual for Christmas! I’m so proud of him, he’s doing so well.

It’s weird how many others in the comments are also finding this five years later and are using it to help them learn asl…but so am I so I have no room to talk haha Love this so much! I’m happy with myself for actually knowing what you were signing, and being able to sign along with you for the chorus by the end of my first watch through :D

Hey there! Palm orientation is super important for numbers 1-5. The number 2 should have your palm facing you, otherwise you're signing the letter V! Otherwise, it looks great!

I've been learning ASL since I was in fifth grade. I spent the last quarter memorizing the ASL alphabet with my now ex best friend. I completely forgot about it until seventh grade. I know I'll need it one day. This video helped me understand a lot of ASL words. Thank you so much for this helpful video
