This is our reaction to Kazakh wonder singer Dimash Kudaibergen and Super Vocal Boys doing a Queen medley from Singer 2019.

What was interesting about this is that Dimash wasn't a part of this competition, he was invited on as a guest artist and he arranged the medley and acted as mentor and coach for the group for this episode. He also did a Queen Medley for the Shine Super Brothers show which is on KZfaq where he also had a big part in the arrangement. When he's singing with other artists, especially in a duet he will normally rein in his extreme vocal abilities to match the other artists exactly unless he's asked to do otherwise. He's extremely respectful of other artists.

When Dimash sings with others, he mostly tries to blend, rather than show his other levels. His determinations are always to present the song to his best ability, not to show off. He is more concerned about the response and happiness and approval of his audience than anything else. So when others are onstage with him, they are usually comfortable, not feeling overpowered.

Thank you for your reaction. Dimash likes the music of Queen and Freddie Mercury as artist, he said. When Dimash performs together with other singers on stage, I often have the feeling that he holds back out of respect for the other artist. With this medley, it's well balanced. I didn't notice that with the new duet with Wei Wei "Join Hands" from 20.09., which makes me very happy. There he is really allowed to interpret the song in his own way. And Wei Wei absolutely has her place with her voice.

Exactly my sentiment! I love this collaboration with Dimash and Super Vocal Boys but I love Dimash in most of his collaborations and truly love the new song with Wei Wei (Join Hands? Closing ceremony from The Golden Panda Awards.). Cheers from Canada!

This Queen medley is so much fun.👍🤩👍 I sing even more badly than you do😅🤣😂Let us hope that you don't scare off to many of the Dears🙄😂🤣😅 I am guessing that the person who requested this song does NOT listen to heavy Metal.🤔😅regularly. Perhaps it is better if a polished singer like Dimash stays to his PoopOpera. I mean even Julio Iglesias knows he better stay out of music that requires energy and energetic singing with attitude.
