Hello guys and thank you for checking out Stray Kids on this reaction. I am going to say I have been around the bin so to speak for a while. Coming up on the big 60 later this year. I have seen and heard all kinds of music genres growing up listening to music from the 60's and even 50's up till current. So there has been alot of boy bands and in the last 4 years I have been enjoying k-pop music that has been added to my long list of music that contains all genres from vocals, to heavy metal. Stray Kids have been a breath of fresh air and they keep outdoing themselfs. Just when you think they can't surprise you they do. They way they put their music together and make it sound so good amazes me every time. They don't follow the standard song raps or melodies or even genres. They created their own unique sound that fits them and makes every member shine. At this point you just need to be free and enjoy the music. I know it is hard because they have some of the best music videos and the best transitions. you have to watch it several times before you can even read the lyrics. I think that is their plan. LOL.... Get ready because they are getting ready to release a single song on May 10th, called Loose My Breath and it is a collaboration with American singer song writer Charlie Puth. They have mini movie teasers for every album they drop and even for this single. It is very artsy and well done with Felix (Deep voice) narrating it in English. 6:33 to be honest, I believe that the more you listen to their discography, the more you enjoy it. Because you constantly learn more about them that you didn't know before and you can see so many sides of them. Plus stray kids are well known for bringing great energy, constantly as they bring out more music or more performances they bring the energy with them and its actually fascinating. I don't think I could ever get bored of stray kids😊

Thank you for reacting to Stray Kids. They are a self produced group, which is unusual in Kpop. They produce all of their songs and write all of their lyrics. They are pretty amazing, and they have some of the best MVs in the industry. I recommend you watch their dance practices as well since their are great dancers, in addition to being great rappers and singers. Since they produce their own songs they are very experimental, and they take inspiration from all genres of music, but all of their songs have something that is unmistakably “Stray Kids”. I recommend, Thunderous, Easy, Cover me, Social Path (one of their Japanese releases), and S-Class, to give you a sample of their variety. BTW they have over 180 songs to their credit since their debut in 2018.

Hope you enjoy the journey - so glad to hear you are preparing yourselves to check out more of their incredible discography! I agree - it seems a LOT at the initial introduction... [It was for their main market, as well, when they debuted. There were many criticisms of their "noise music".] They have stayed true to themselves, though, and are obviously very smart lyricists, composers, and arrangers - who have continued to show growth for me! As I'm sure you've already read, they incorporate an incredible range of genres into their music, and have everything to heavy hitting anthemic music to introspective ballads (for lack of a better word).

Stray Kids discography of about 200 songs covers dozens of genres and genre mixes often within one song. Will you find it’s all more the same? Not likely. As the fandom about a certain genre and I’m sure someone will give you a list. Rap, edm, rock, trap, ballads, they’ve a lot!

Thank you for your reaction! Skz's music is quite diverse. The more you listen to them, you'll find out. True, they are rap heavy but they also do some "softer" songs too. A few recommendations would be: Leave, Cover Me, Levanter, Secret Secret, Chronosaurus, Chill. Some are older and may include their lore in the mv's but you'll hear the different styles/genres.
