I love the inventiveness. Although the screen is the least thing we pay attention. The mechanisms applied here could be more beneficial in other departments. Just keep going. We find out by freaking around, right? :)

I really like your idea and the display with yellow taxt is lovely! Do you have information on how to connect this type of display and a suggestion where to buy one? I love the Pocket radio design but when you program models my 70 year old eys get tired of the small text. I would like to use your idea and buy a small plastic case or build a small ply box and mount it stationary in the top position.

please, do you know how to add Bluetooth support to Boxer for telemetry?

I don't know much about Bluetooth connectivity, but BLE on Boxer board is just a serial port. TX's SYS key->HARDWARE(6/7)->scroll down you can find "Serial port", "AUX1", choose telemetry mirror. I think AUX1 is BLE port. And hardware, like HC-05 or HC-06(check master mode and slave mode availability), attach BLE on Boxer board. HC-05 or HC-06 is needed for setup by USB-UART setting tool. It is huge story, you can search bluetooth on TX16S, it has more information. Otherway, airport function on ELRS, it will be good alternatives.

do you think it is possible to do this with a Full color tft oled screen? It would be really cool to have a tx16s type screen on a Pocket, especially with touch, I saw some very cheap screens on aliexpress

Oh, It is very different matter. I think it would be better to make a small version to the tx16s.

Wouldn´t it be possible, to put a RX5808 module inside the rc and connect a TFT-Display to it? Like at the DevoF4/F7, if you remember Walkera. It was really nice to have the 5.8ghz ground station inside the radio. cheerz!

That's the type of Radio ive been looking for. Now can you add full size hall gimbals and get rid of that right handed scroll wheel cos in the western world not every one is right handed ... unlike China where you treated like a degenerate if left handed.

Mounting a full-size gimbal may be difficult due to size issues. Definitely need a back shell for left handed people. Nowadays, there is no prejudice against left-handed people. I'm a right handed, when I play the piano, I think I can make bass sounds louder and faster if I'm left-handed.
